Parts Mapping to Cultivate Intimacy with Self

Participants are provided guidance in developing a map of the parts that make up their personality system. Identifying and cultivating intimacy with our system of parts can be a powerful step toward liberation from suffering. Parts mapping can be a means to truly understand how we protect ourselves and what each part of us needs at various times of the day. Cultivating intimacy with our internal world can help us to learn what calming or grounding skills in the midst of activation or shortly thereafter. Please go to the Dissociation page on my website for more information.
