I’m passionate about working with moms who are tired of constantly feeling on the verge of burnout and moms driven by high-functioning anxiety and the pursuit of productivity, efficiency, and high achievement. I’m also about lightening the load at home and helping you identify your needs, communicate them effectively, and stand firm on your limits and boundaries. And as for guilt and shame? Yeah, we’re burning those to the ground, too. Contemporary women don't want to be confined by the old rules of motherhood; we need a roadmap and a new set of rules to be less resentful and more effective in motherhood and in our partnerships.
I'm a trauma-focused therapist. I use nervous system approaches like EMDR, polyvagal and somatic therapy. I interweave ego state work and experimental techniques in the therapy space. I'm a Bringing Baby Home Educator through Gottman Institute, designed to help parents maintain happy, healthy partnerships while transitioning into parenthood.
My approach is creating a safe, non-judgmental space for your stories to unfold organically. Curiosity drives me, and I use it as a powerful tool to explore the layers of your inner world and unravel the meaning behind your experiences.
