Experiences of trauma, grief, depression, or anxiety can lead to feelings of powerlessness and hopelessness. I view my role as gently guiding an individual's process of taking this control back, re-establishing trust back in yourself and intuition, and regaining feelings of safety to come back home to yourself again.
I see collaboration, genuine connection, and humanity as the foundation of therapeutic change and healing. Through these principles, I focus on helping folks connect back to the inner knowing of the body through mind-body somatic approaches and IFS parts work, to support re-integrating parts of yourself that feel fragmented back into your cohesive whole.
I believe in the power of relationships, I meet my clients where they are at and bring my whole self to the therapy room.
