As a queer therapist, I am passionate about providing a safe, inclusive and compassionate space for female-identified and LGBTQ+ clients as they embark on their journeys of self-discovery, healing and empowerment.
I provide individual counselling for adults ages 18+ seeking support with trauma and sexual violence, LGBTQ+ and gender-identity related concerns, relationships, pregnancy options, post-abortion support, perinatal mental health, and sex and intimacy concerns. I draw from a number of trauma-informed, somatic, narrative and feminist approaches to my practice.
