I strive to create a safe, trusting relationship where you feel comfortable to explore your inner world and work through the thoughts, beliefs, patterns and unhealed wounds that may be affecting you. As the expert of your experiences, you bring inherent knowledge of what is needed for you to grow and heal. Your wisdom and my knowledge of therapy allow us to work collaboratively to achieve your goals.
I am flexible in my approach to meet your unique needs and will meet you where you are at. I practice from an attachment-based, client-centred perspective, utilizing various therapeutic approaches to develop coping strategies, empower and foster transformation. I provide support around experiences of low self-worth, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues.
I will meet you with compassion, warmth, humour and acceptance, walking alongside you throughout the process.
