My primary passion is helping individuals who have been impacted by trauma, and the ways this can manifest in their day to day lives. This may show up as an inability to focus, feeling fragmented, struggling with interpersonal relationships, feelings of anxiety, anger, shame, or difficulty feeling anything at all.

Taking these first steps on your journey is really brave and I would be honoured to walk part of this path along side you.
