Warm welcome! My purpose is to create an intentional and safe space to help clients pursue change, healing, and growth. I support clients as they work through challenges with relationships or creating connection, managing emotions, resolving inner conflicts, and finding greater purpose and meaning. I take a highly integrative and collaborative approach to counselling, combining several therapeutic modalities as well as clients’ ways of knowing and being.

I specialize in working with neurodivergence across the lifespan including giftedness, autism, ADHD as well as other mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. I work primarily with adolescents and adults across early, middle, and late adulthood.

My hope is that clients are able to find resolution, connectedness, and meaning to move ahead in their lives. I am immersed and passionate about my work with clients and look forward to connecting with you!
