My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that every individual possesses the innate potential to lead a fulfilling life in alignment with their core values and deepest desires. As a therapist, I prioritize building a trusting and safe relationship with my clients, empowering them to pursue growth and embrace discomfort in the pursuit of these values.

A little throwback to my time before counselling

My emphasis on trauma-informed care recognizes the significant impact of past experiences on mental health. I primarily draw upon AEDP, ACT, and EFT. I work with different age groups and have supported clients' concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, identity, trauma, addiction, life transitions, relationship issues and mental performance.

I also work with athletes and high-performers. My approach considers both mental performance and well-being, helping clients achieve their goals while prioritizing their mental health. It has been my experience, that when we can deeply explore the unconscious patterns and themes of our lives, we can break down the barriers that impede performing our best.
