I hope to hold a compassionate space where we can accept the purposes of our behaviours, while challenging ourselves to pursue new, more pleasant ways of being. We are not always shown the acceptance and compassion I believe is needed to grow into the best version of ourselves. My hope is that our therapy can help you feel accepted as you are so that you can grow into who you’d like to be. Our therapy space can be one in which we can slow down, feel compassion for ourselves, and make meaningful changes towards the goals you put forward.

I primarily work with youth and young adults; helping navigate the unique challenges of developing in the new world of technology, social rules, and freedoms. I believe in understanding each individual's unique experiences to tailor an approach for challenges and personal growth. I welcome clients of all ages navigating transitions or seeking growth.
