Life has its ups and downs, and sometimes things can feel too much to be with on your own. I support people to better understand themselves, deal with life's stresses in more constructive ways, and foster meaningful connections. As a gay man who grew up in a conservative Christian environment, I especially enjoy working with men, queer folks, and those who have experienced religious trauma. Further, I work with couples looking to improve their communication, deepen their emotional intimacy, and work through hurts and betrayals.
I prioritize creating a warm, safe, and empowering space. I work with people to not just understand what is happening, but to have new experiences of themselves and others. I collaboratively explore how individuals and couples are impacted within their families, communities, and society at large.
