I am a Social Worker providing counselling services to individuals 18+. I have more than 20 years experience working along side people to facilitate positive change in their lives. I combine an empathic, supportive, and holistic approach to session while using evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
My style of therapy is informal, compassionate, & responsive to each person's unique needs. I am dedicated to creating a safe & supportive space where clients feel valued & able to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgement.
