I work with people of all ages, including teens, adults, couples and families who are facing challenges in their lives and find themselves feeling unsupported, alone, and looking for help. I have a decade of experience researching, volunteering, & working in the mental health field. I utilize talk therapy through modalities including (but not limited to) CBT, DBT, EMDR, & solution-focused, all informed by attachment and trauma theory. Additionally, I hold a profound respect for First Nations teachings and traditions and their role in healing
