Our therapists offer an empathetic and goal-oriented approach through Transactional Analysis, CBT, EMDR, Gottman's Couples Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. We have backgrounds in education, Human Rights/Global Studies and Therapeutic and Non-violent Crisis Intervention, all within a context that respects and is considerate of culture and diversity.
