Clients can expect to feel deeply understood and validated while being gently invited to identify distressing thoughts, feelings, and behaviour patterns that interfere with their ability to live their best life.
I have over 20 years of experience in mental health and wellness. The theoretical framework from which I work is client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and attachment and mindfulness based.
