Helping people and making an impact in the world through spreading kind connection and engaging with empathy is important to me, and I am honoured to sit with individuals as they navigate challenges and grow along their healing journeys. I am client-centred, warm, accepting, and empathetic in my work with clients. I believe authentic connections rooted in kindness and unconditional understanding can create success for therapeutic healing. In my capacity as a student intern therapist, I have gained experience in areas of childhood trauma, relational issues, depression, anxiety, stress, body image, and domestic violence.

As a Mental Health Therapist, my approach is integrative in nature, though primarily grounded in psychodynamic healing, I also draw upon Somatic Experiencing (SE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-Based Therapies.

Providing anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive care which centres the client as the expert, while inviting collaboration to guide the experience, as well as connecting through authenticity and kindness is highly important to me. We are all just walking each other home, and I am honoured to walk with others in their journey toward healing.
