I am a registered Social Worker, a Certified Canadian Addictions counsellor and a board certified chaplain. I provide a trans-modal therapeutic approach to help the whole person: mind, body, soul (seat of emotions). I practice brief solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, trauma-informed therapy and I am oriented to IFS.
