Not currently accepting new clients. I offer therapy services to teens, adults, and couples. Through my work in psychotherapy, I have come to believe that even within the most difficult experiences and circumstances, each individual has a truly profound capacity for resilience and meaning. I strive to create a supportive and warm environment that allows clients to explore and heal from past trauma, learn and practice slowing life down to foster intentional living, prioritize strengthening connection in their relationships, as well as to identify and cultivate their unique strengths.
My approach consists of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, as well as Logotherapy, which emphasizes pursing meaning and purpose in daily life. I am trained in prolonged exposure for treating trauma. I have certification through the Gottman Institute for couples therapy (Level 1 & 2).
I strive to grow a deep understanding of each of my clients unique story and am honoured to work alongside them. As a practicing Christian, I also offer a Christian informed approach to counselling to those that request it.
