Hello there! A bit about me, I have been working in mental health for 15+ years. I am passionate about working with people who feel like the world isn't quite built for them. Whether you are an adolescent, adult or parent who has a new diagnosis (like ADHD/ASD or LD's) or someone who has been struggling with executive function, anxiety, depression, self-esteem/shame and/or parenting, I have supported people to understand the themselves better, overcome challenges and move through life with more balance and self-compassion.
If we are a good match, I will work with you using a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques, self-compassion, understanding and curiosity to help you achieve your goals. My work is grounded in anti-oppression and social justice. Which means we will not only look at the issues from an internal perspective but also from an external perspective.
Book an appointment with me online by clicking on the website link to the right of this webpage or get in touch and we can discuss if I am the right fit for you. I would be happy to chat with you for 15 minutes to gain a better understanding of your issues. This is also an opportunity to see if you connect with me and my approach.
