I believe in the mind/body connection and approaching mental health with a holistic bio-psycho-social view. I have years of experience in health care, crisis intervention and specialization in perinatal mental health. I use blends of Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Motivational Interviewing and CBT. I also offer support with nutrition and sleep regulation
