There’s no rush to "fix" or "figure out" anything — instead, we’ll take the time needed to get to the heart of what’s keeping you feeling stuck, all while honoring your unique process. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I’m committed to anti-oppressive, culturally responsive care that honours unique intersectional identities.
As a holistic therapist, I specialize in blending multiple counselling approaches such as DBT, CBT, and ACT, among other techniques and tools, and I provide support for various challenges in life. I am passionate about supporting people in aligning with their most authentic selves, while also holding space for the challenges that come with it.
