Hi folks and welcome! My name is Brandy and I have worked in mental health field in various capacities for the past 10 years and have focused on therapy/counselling for the past 4. I provide services to folks who are ready to take action to tackle life challenges. I work primarily with the 2SLGBTQA+ community, Indigenous community, violence and with those who have experienced trauma. I work from a holistic perspective that will create space for spirituality (whatever connection looks like for you) and acknowledge the real connections to our other aspects of self (physical, mental, spiritual and emotional).
As a fellow human being, I too have experienced some of life's challenges and found therapy to be an invaluable tool. I look forward to co-creating a healing relationship in which you can gain insight, explore new perspectives, learn skills to cope and regulate, process trauma, and find the nuggets of wisdom that are inherently born within human struggle.
