We specialize in assisting children, teens, adults, couples and families as they navigate generalized and social anxiety, panic disorders, fear and OCD. We also support co-occurring disorders including ADHD, trauma, and depression. Using unique elements such as yoga, ecotherapy, and equine-assisted therapy, we integrate many methodologies into therapy. Drawing from firsthand experiences we provide a distinctive understanding and heightened level of support to our clients.
We have specialized training in CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and EMDR. We deeply believe in the synergy between mind and body, advocating for a holistic approach with clients that incorporates a connection to nature and the natural world around us.
With experience spanning over 35 years and backgrounds from across Canada, we have had the privilege of working closely with mental health in private and community settings.
