Whether through in-person sessions or online, I tailor to meet the specific needs of each person I work with. I specialize in Couples Therapy and am certified in Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy. I also support individuals facing various difficulties, including phobias, social anxiety, panic attacks, health-related anxieties, major and persistent depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, OCD, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, anger, weight loss, suicidal ideation, and spirituality.

I utilize a blend of CBT, EFT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy and Art Therapy.
