My niche is in working with women struggling with infertility, pregnancy loss or postpartum challenges.
I can help you identify your concerns, formulate goals and develop strategies and skills to create the change you want. I work from a client-centered approach and use a variety of therapies including CBT, Solution Focused and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Therapy. Overall, we start where you're at and work together from there to move you forward.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is built on trust, compassion, validation and acceptance. I will work with you to strengthen your own skillset and coping in order to move through whatever it is you're struggling with.
