In addition, for 12 years she practiced in a hospital setting and is in good standing with the Ontario Association of Professional Social Workers (OASW) and the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers (OCSW/SSW).

Groups
Authenticity & Shame Resilience Group
The group will focus on resilience to shame with he purpose to learn how to 'show-up', be seen and live bravely by developing empathy, cultivating self-compassion and mindfulness. Group designed for anyone struggling with perfectionism, fear, comparison, anxiety, wanting to deepen relationships. The content is based on Dr. Brené Brown, who has spent the last 12 years studying vulnerability, worthiness, courage and shame. This is a 10-week group with 2 individual sessions (pre and post) and all course material for $950.00. Currently developing a waiting list to run the group in the upcoming months.
