My clients are typically adults struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, burnout, and relationship challenges. My approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, inner child healing, and trauma-informed practices. We will reconnect you with yourself, and foster self-acceptance, self-compassion, and empowerment.
