If you are feeling lost, disconnected or uncertain about life, you will find a safe space with me to explore your challenges in life with a supportive, empathic listener. Modern living is inherently stressful, and many resort to using unhealthy coping strategies that can get you stuck; by getting curious about the stuck-ness together, we can work together to untangle the knots and shift back into your natural state of wholeness. If you have lost your centre, feel reactive or unbalanced by the demands of life you will benefit from counselling. I will help you return to your core Self and find passion and purpose in life.
I specialize in Parts work, using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework to help people reconnect with themselves. Bringing in curiosity and compassion to the painful patterns that seem to repeat in life is a great first step in building a new relationship with yourself, where you become your own ally. I also use EMDR for processing trauma.
I will aim to meet you wherever you find yourself in life, and co-create goals to get you moving towards a healthier way of relating to yourself. It is a curious paradox that when we accept ourselves as we are, we are then free to change. My goal is to offer you an accepting, empathic environment to explore your experience, and accept it at a deeper level.
