Still, I also understand how painful it is to struggle alone. I am here for you. No matter if it is a relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, stress, etc., I believe the foundation of change and healing lies within a safe, trusting, and respectful relationship. Developing a genuine and authentic relationship is essential to my practice.

I am a person-centred, humanistic, and emotions-based counsellor, drawing on many methodologies and focusing on working collaboratively with my clients on their goals and tailoring treatment to their unique needs.
