Accepting new clients for September! I know finding the “right” therapist can feel hard. I create a space where you're free to think, feel, and speak authentically. Life can feel challenging and isolating to navigate – you're not alone in feeling like the world is on fire. I believe our past experiences affect us now, and noticing patterns and taking time to understand ourselves can help us be more present, comfortable, and kind with ourselves. I'll listen to you without judgement and support you in pursuing what matters most to you.
I understand how social and cultural identities can interact and impact our lives. I leave space for consideration and discussion about how trauma, colonization, and social systems can affect us. I work with an intersectional lens and I’m passionate about working with fellow individuals from the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
Looking for a therapist is a great first step in treating yourself with compassion and kindness. If you think we could be a good fit, I would love to hear from you! We can have a quick conversation about what you'd like support with and you can get a sense of whether you'd like to work with me.
