I have over 12 years of experience working in mental health providing counselling with all populations. I support both adults and adolescents who are experiencing low mood, anxious thoughts, negative self-talk, relationship conflict, trauma, substance misuse and life transitions.
I have a passion for supporting helping professionals gain healthy ways of coping with work related stress. My work with couples includes helping to rebuild connection and trust after a rupture. Trauma Informed-Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy are modalities which inform our work together.
I believe the most important factor in determining successful outcomes is a strong therapeutic relationship. My goal is to build this type of relationship with each and every client.
