I offer evidence-based therapies in my approach, specializing in treating depression, anxiety, trauma and sleep issues (insomnia). Including CPT, CBT, CBT-i, TF-CBT, Prolonged Exposure and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I am registered for Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
