I am a Registered Counselling Therapist and owner of Wolf Counselling Therapy. At Wolf Counselling Therapy, we work with people of all genders (ages 14+) and specialize in working with men and boys who are experiencing a range of mental health and life challenges including relationship issues, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, anger/emotion regulation, trauma, depression, and anxiety. We offer in-office, outdoor (e.g., during a hike, at a park bench), video, and phone-based therapy sessions.
Our approach to counselling therapy is an integrative one. That is, we incorporate various therapeutic modalities into our work depending on what specific issues you wish to work through—we adapt to work best with you. Primarily, we incorporate Narrative Therapy, Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Nature-Based Therapy, CBT and ACT.
