Welcome! I’m Alex and I offer body oriented talk therapy, embodied movement and clinical supervision/consultation services. I am committed to supporting you in accessing the transformation that is made possible through stretching into your growth edges and living into your deepest held values. My approach is warm, casual, and collaborative. I work with individuals who are 18 + with specialized experience supporting helping professionals, those living with complex trauma, developmental trauma, anxiety and perfectionism.
My clinical orientation is somatic, attachment-informed, mindfulness-informed, and trauma-focused. I draw from Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, Yoga, Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment, and mindfulness informed cognitive therapies (ACT, DBT and MBCT). The Iens I bring to this work is intersectional, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and feminist.
I work with clients on a weekly basis to start between 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. I look forward to connecting with you for a consultation where we can collaborate and begin exploring your hopes, goals and visions for change. It would be a gift to partner with you in this journey of cultivating greater capacity for an embodied, authentic and heart-filled life.
