I am the director and clinical lead at Pink Elephant Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am a trained and registered Primary School (Special Education) Teacher, Developmental Educator, Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I hold a special interest in Paediatric and Adolescent Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety related presentations. I work with children and adolescents up to the age of 18 and their families.
My practice is dedicated to working with children and adolescents (and their families) who are struggling with presentations of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety Related Presentations. I use a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (Exposure Response Prevention), ACT, Narrative Therapy & Schema Therapy.
