With a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am passionate about supporting adults and adolescents through a range of life’s challenges - whether it be those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or anyone who is trying to make change in their life or explore a sense of self and identity. I work with people who experience performance anxiety or mental health challenges surrounding working in the arts industry, as well as issues associated with perfectionism, work and study pressure. I use an integrated approach that is tailored to client needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulnesss-based therapies, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
I believe that every person is unique who has inherent strengths and intuition. With 20 years experience as a professional performer, I am also an experienced communications advisor and qualified teacher, bringing a wealth of life experience my practice. I am interested in working with adults and adolescents across a broad range of mental health concerns.
