We will ask you to share some things about your life and experience, but won't ask you to go into anything in detail or any trauma. We offer skills to help with mental wellness. Mindfulness is a helpful practice for many things including improving sleep, easing racing thought, improving mood, grounding, etc. We will cover: What/why/how of mindfulness practices and implimenting mindfulness into your everyday.
