Action-orientated and client-centric, my approach supports you to shift from talking about your problem to making changes to solve it - and quickly. Specialising in workplace anxiety, I provide short-term interventions for performance anxiety, urgency stress, boundaries, procrastination, goal setting and direction. My style works best with people who are supremely motivated to change; when they’ve had enough of their destructive thinking and behaviours and are willing to do the work.
Helping people move from feeling frustrated, sad and stuck to genuinely empowered is one of my most favourite things to do. Far from hand-holding and brow-smoothing, sessions are goal orientated and purposeful.
Because I don't have a time machine, I don't go digging around in the past looking for a 'causal root story' or childhood trauma to fix. Instead the focus is kept on the future; making changes and taking action is what gets people out of their heads.
