Mental Health Aware Yoga classes
A mental health aware yoga class is about supporting participants who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, burnout and / or feelings of overwhelm and trauma. In my yoga classes I offer mindful movements, polyvagal exercises for soothing our vagus nerve and nervous system, soothing relaxations and breathing practices that support participants to move and be present in their bodies. I offer an environment that is safe, nourishing and supportive for everyone, including those experiencing mental health challenges. Online and in person classes.
