I have supported many people from 5 to 65 years old to overcome areas such as anxiety, depression, parent separation, stress & trauma. Sessions are conducted using a variety of interventions including arts psychotherapy, talk therapy, child-centred play therapy, emotion coaching, mindfulness and psycho-education.
I am a registered NDIS Provider and Medicare approved. I also offer online workshops and offer a facebook community for people looking to add creativity into their lives to support with stress and overwhelming.
