Hi, I'm Caterina and I work with young people and adults of all genders. Some of my areas of expertise include: Anxiety, depression, ADHD, personality and mood disorders, significant life changes, grief and loss, domestic violence, sexual assault, PTSD and trauma including childhood abuse. I believe that we have the capacity to heal, grow and transform and that we heal better in relationships that provide safety and non-judgement. I work Australia wide via Telehealth or in person in Hamilton Hill, Perth.
Having worked in mental health for most of my life (over 20 years) I am a very experienced counsellor and hugely compassionate. I am a holistic counsellor that works using different methods depending on your needs and goals.
