I understand that everyone’s journey is unique, and one size does not fit all. Sometimes we are faced with obstacles that will interrupt our life path which requires support. My services are tailored to meet your individual needs, incorporating evidence-based approaches and creative therapies. I am passionate about providing holistic and creative counselling that focuses on a person's mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs.
My approach to counselling is rooted in our connection, empathy, curiosity and research. I have experience with and a deep interest in self-awareness, anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, parenting, life transitions, relationships and rediscovering self-worth.
By exploring your self-awareness, you can achieve a full and happy life. Everyone deserves this! My goal is to intuitively support you as you navigate and process your patterns and feelings. With conventional and unconventional strategies, I utilise knowledge and wisdom from various theories and apply them with a Humanistic approach at your pace.
