Hi, I look forward to giving you all I can on your therapy journey. I can guide you through struggles, problems and work on any personal issues. I also assist with personal development to help you gain confidence, insight to what you maybe missing and strengthen your resilience for the long term. This program is delivered via online zoom sessions.
Client feedback I received on a daily basis is that I offer a kind approach that provides great tools to assist in those I counsel with their daily struggles. This is likely because I’m a person that is creative, solution focused but also trained and qualified in not just counselling but also leadership, psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy.
I find working on our self awareness is a good foundation to our sessions. To know your inner self is to know your purpose, values, vision, goals, motivations, and beliefs. Knowing your inner self requires a high level of introspection and self-awareness. We will utilise what pathway is desired by the client to process, reflect, accept and adapt to change.
