A life event that destabilises us can create all range of emotions and behavioural responses without our awareness and in turn, cause additional distress to your life. Without emotional processing and resolving the distress can form unhealthy or toxic behaviours and beliefs. It is important to draw on professional help to support you through it. I have been honoured to support individuals and families across the lifespan in processing trauma, suicide/self-harm, grief, conflict, anxiety, panic, disordered eating, transgender, obsessions/compulsions, behavioural issues and more.
As a family inclusive psychologist I support people from a person-centred lens with care and compassion. I have had the privilege to help people find meaning in their world. and resolve emotional conflict. It will be my honour to help you.
