I'm a bilingual/bicultural therapist with 12 years of experience providing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed therapy to BIPOC clients struggling with low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, and childhood trauma. I use EMDR therapy, as well as talk therapy approaches, to help you get to the root of your struggles so you can feel lasting change.
