My clinical experience is based on working with adolescents, transitional youth & adults who are struggling with adjusting to phase of life changes, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, &/or new diagnoses of ADHD &/or Autism as adults. I use a combination of talk therapy, EMDR, DBT, & TF-CBT.
