Many of our emotional wounds are formed in our early relationships with others, which is why the attunement, unconditional acceptance, and healthy boundaries modeled within the therapeutic relationship can be so healing later in life. I take genuine pleasure in providing people with these “missed experiences,” because the world is a brighter place when we're seen, understood and SAFE. With your permission, I'll challenge you, and together we'll work to restore your connection to your core Self. Balancing the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of who you are can feel overwhelming at times, but I'm here to also make it kinda fun!
As humans, we are deeply hardwired for connection. Which is exactly why being a therapist brings me so much joy. I feel grateful to spend my days connecting with people in meaningful ways, as a trusted companion on their journeys of personal growth.
