Our work will focus on your unique needs, patterns, preferences, and hopes. Some goals you’ll achieve quickly. Others need the magical ingredients of time, an updated skillset, and most importantly, a new stance of radical self-acceptance. Believe it or not, you don't need to complete your goals before you begin to like yourself ;)

Lastly, success in therapy depends on the quality of the relationship between you and me, which is why I offer a 50-minute risk-free consultation for new clients. If either of us decides that it's not a fit, the session fee gets waived. However, if we choose to team up, you pay for the session, and as a bonus, you end up one step closer to your goal!
