I enjoy working with diverse clients across the lifespan who experience challenges which may affect their daily functioning within numerous contexts. One of my key interests include how individuals are able to think, perceive, behave and adapt within a multitude of environments. Psychotherapy is offered within a nurturing, empathetic, connecting and safe space. Goals for clients differ and this often comprises of creating awareness, gaining insight, establishing purpose and growth, processing of difficult emotions, and to develop effective coping mechanisms to assist clients in their life journey.
My therapeutic process is centered from an integrative systemic approach and different modalities are utilized where I focus on the best interests of the client. I am able to offer both short- and long-term therapy, assessment services, academic support, workshops and guidance for parents, teachers and schools.
