I am general counsellor and behavior technician. My counselling approach is aimed at providing a safe space for individuals to comfortably expresses a range of complex emotions that they might be experiencing. The goal is to help the client explore these feelings and to navigate thoughts and behaviors that the present and past hurdles might evoke. It is through the journey of self awareness and self discovery that we are able to identify the impact that our past and present hurdles may have on various aspects of their lives.
The behavior approach is aimed at improving the lives of individuals living with Autism spectrum Disorder(ASD) and related developmental disorders. With principles rooted on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we offer 1:1 Client based intervention sessions, Academic/Remedial support and Individualized learning programs.
