Imagine two versions of yourself. One is weighed down by self-doubt, negative thoughts, unhealthy habits, toxic relationships, past traumas, and work-related stress. This version struggles to see beyond the horizon, feeling trapped in a cycle of limitations and missed opportunities. The other version is liberated, soaring above the clouds, and embracing life's boundless possibilities. What's holding you back from reaching this elevated state? Often, it's the heavy anchors of negativity and exhaustion dragging you down.

I like to describe our therapy together as a journey where we walk alongside each other. I won't offer advice but instead encourage curiosity for us to shine light on the hidden truth which we are all capable of finding within ourselves. Movement Psychotherapy - in which I have specialized - while welcoming talking intervention and the spoken language, rather shifts the focus to body movement, trusting the language of the body. - Embodiment. This therapy is creative in its nature meaning we use different modes of art in our explorations. You can expect mindfulness, movement, music, art and play in our sessions.

I provide therapeutic services to adolescents and adults to assist them in dealing with moderate to severe mental illness as well as expected day-to-day stressors and personal difficulties. I also have a special interest in working with expectant mothers and mothers during the postpartum period. I believe that providing support to mothers during this fulfilling, yet challenging period will ultimately facilitate a healthy parent-infant relationship which provides the foundation for psychological health during childhood and eventually adulthood.

In life's journey, we inevitably encounter moments of adversity—times when unexpected challenges appear large, testing our spirits and leaving us feeling disheartened. Yet, within these very moments lie the seeds of personal growth and transformation. They encourage us to tap into our inner reserves of resiliency and strength. Embracing adversity as an essential part of the human experience, we begin to view stumbling blocks not as barriers, but as opportunities for self-improvement. It's in facing these challenges head-on that we discover our deepest wellsprings of fortitude and courage.
